Empowering women through skilling and education
Welcome to our Women Empowerment Program! Our program is designed to empower women and girls and support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) related to gender equality.
We believe that skilling women and girls is essential for sustainable development. When women are empowered, they can drive economic growth, promote social progress, and help build more inclusive societies.
Our program is committed to supporting the following SDGs:
Achieving gender equality and empowering all women and girls
Promoting inclusive and sustainable economic growth, employment, and decent work for all
Reducing inequalities within and among countries
Strengthening the means of implementation and revitalizing the global partnership for sustainable development
Through our program, we provide women and girls with the resources they need to succeed in all aspects of their lives. We offer:
- Mentorship programs, leadership training, financial education, and networking opportunities to help women and girls advance their careers and achieve their goals.
- Promoting gender equality in the workplace and encouraging companies to adopt policies and practices through Workshops and training on POSH and POCSO.
- Facilitating vocation skills and developing strategies for recruiting, retaining, and promoting women in leadership positions.

Mental Health & Social Wellbeing
Addressing issues and providing support on mental health and wellbeing in schools and workplaces
According to the World Health Organisation (WHO),there is a massive shortage of psychiatrists and psychologists compared to the number of patients suffering from mental health issues. According to the international organization’s data, there are only three psychiatrists and psychologists for every 1,00,000 people. It has predicted that owing to the pandemic and its influential factors, the number of patients who have any mental disorders would touch 20 per cent in the country. Roughly 56 million Indians suffer from depression, and 38 million suffer from some anxiety disorder.
Our initiatives to address mental health and wellbeing are through early intervention and prevention. This includes providing education and resources on mental health and promoting healthy coping mechanisms. Contact us for:
